Subtotal Plus was founded with a simple but powerful belief — that Uganda deserves world-class construction. We started small, taking on residential projects in Kampala, and grew steadily through a reputation for quality, honesty, and reliability.
Over a decade later, we've evolved into a full-service construction and development company with a portfolio spanning residential homes, commercial buildings, large-scale estates, and everything in between.
Today, Subtotal Plus operates as the flagship construction business of Subtotal Plus Enterprise — a growing multi-sector company headquartered in Kampala.

Henok is the founder of Subtotal Plus, bringing a long-term vision for quality construction across East Africa. With a team track record of 170+ projects across 5 countries since 1997, he leads Subtotal Plus with a focus on building Uganda's future one project at a time.
Araya Tsegai Tesfai
Araya brings decades of hands-on experience in large-scale construction and project delivery across East Africa. As Director, he provides strategic oversight and technical leadership that underpins every project Subtotal Plus undertakes.
Zemariam Netsanet Zemenfec
Zemariam oversees the financial operations of Subtotal Plus, ensuring sound fiscal management across all projects and business functions. Her attention to detail and commitment to financial integrity keep the company on solid ground.
Tsegai Melawit Tesfai
Melawit brings creative vision and technical precision to every space she designs. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for functional aesthetics, she ensures Subtotal Plus projects are finished to the highest interior standard.
Mutumba Hassan
Hassan is a highly meticulous Quantity Surveyor with over four years of experience managing construction costs and procurement. Specializing in budget optimization and value engineering, he ensures projects are delivered on time and within financial limits.
Kibalama Arthur
Arthur is Subtotal Plus's certified drone pilot, providing aerial surveying and site mapping services with precision and efficiency. His work gives the team accurate ground data that drives smarter project planning and execution.
